[All] Important info for all QNC fliers

All,
Now that we go through the ARC health unit for our QNC approval, Dr. Firestone must have a copy of your training certificate to go with it.
He says “the QNC medical certificate is contingent on confirming QNC training was completed.  So, please tell everyone who is getting their examination done at ARC to provide a copy to the Ames Health Unit, along with other paperwork at time of exam.”

So, if you have already had the exam, please forward a copy of the training certificate to  ARC-HealthUnit at mail.nasa.gov<mailto:ARC-HealthUnit at mail.nasa.gov> now.
