[All] ESPO Work Style Questionnaire

Hi Team,

For those of you that were not at our weekly meeting, we broached the subject of coming back into the office and what that might mean.

I decided to take lead developing an anonymous questionnaire<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeXqmGoAfKNFUYnqROPTotlb5mmpNFaC-6pqu5yoOzXaHrTSA/viewform?usp=sf_link> so that everyone could be candid when sharing personal thoughts on how they would like to resume their work during/post COVID. Marilyn has conveyed that the center would give a 30-day notice for any major changes (i.e. everyone is free to resume working from the center as normally or with fewer restrictions).

To gear up for that, we would like to have an internal dialogue and are hoping to collect thoughts/concerns via the questionnaire<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeXqmGoAfKNFUYnqROPTotlb5mmpNFaC-6pqu5yoOzXaHrTSA/viewform?usp=sf_link>. You may go back and edit your response after submitting. Please note that it is anonymous.

Everyone will have until July 13th before our Team Meeting to fill it out.
