[All] me too! weird email.

I got this message, see screen grab. I can't tell who sent it because there is not signature and it looks like it's coming from

ARC-ESPO where we all are 'owners'. So, we all can send emails from this account. So who sent this message to me?

PS:

Venting alert! I was always of the opinion that you mix a Micro$oft product with the NASA IT implementation and one gets a lethal mix.
