Advisory: VPN Profiles Affected by ARC Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) Upgrade

What’s Happening:

The Ames Research Center (ARC) Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) will receive a hardware upgrade that will affect VPN services that utilize ARC-based profiles as Primary (AFRC, ARC, JPL, VAFB) and Secondary (GRC, JSC, WSTF).

Action Recommended:

If you are experiencing issues connecting to the VPN during this scheduled activity, you should:

  *   Restart your device in order to reset your network connection.
  *   Login with your Primary VPN profile. If you are unable to connect using your Primary profile, attempt to login with your Secondary VPN profile.
