[All] General info for MTS accounts

Hi ESPO,

Just some information on MTS accounts that was shared this morning.

MTS accounts
MTS is moving away from having accounts for everyone, from this release and on,  Aaron will need a list (from the PMs) of people that “need” an account on MTS.
The definition of “need” is a person that is active within the project doing flight planning, chatting and participating on operations.

Anyone else that is just “looking” or following the aircraft should use the public tracker.
