Matt is our Airborne Science Manager and is the airborne integrator between ARC, HQ and the other centers.  You met him on Wednesday in the Airborne Sensor Facility.

Here’s some useful context from Matt Fladeland in the last hour:

Just talked to Bruce. This is a safety meeting to discuss issues that came up with WFF pilots feeling uncomfortable with tasking during CAMPEX. Thomas Z wanted to have a safety telecon with all Earth Science Centers and Flight Ops to review safety rules before allowing further flights.

I just received notice from HQ that there will be a meeting on Monday (12 noon our time) with the Airborne Earth Science and Aircraft Operations folks across the Agency (e.g. AFRC, ARC, LaRC, Wallops, etc).   Randy Cruz from NASA HQ (copied here) will be sending out the logistics information to the right people.  Please assess who should attend from your respective organizations and coordinated with Randy.

Veronica -- Center leadership will need to be represented at this virtual meeting as well.  Please add to T4 calendar when we have the info.
