[All] Affinity (Software) Licensing on ESPO Share

Good morning team,

Caitlin and I have coordinated to set up one shared account for the Affinity licenses and a related Affinity Licensing doc<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pSvRQsjtlyUsxoUrE15ky1PIm5yhsed3Lhdz5MDLhTU/edit#heading=h.l4u75sa0sv64> showing who is using what license. This will make it easier for everyone to download the software and for licenses to be moved around.

New purchases of Affinity should be done via that account and email address and the licenses should be added to the table in the doc. * (Leslie and Susan are currently looking into this because there’s a sale)
