Good afternoon team,

Are there any mailing lists or mission participant lists you would like included on the maintenance notice for Friday?

Below my signature is a draft version of the maintenance notice we plan on sending to alert people to the maintenance (still pending Marilyn’s review). There will already be a banner on the website ahead of time mentioning upcoming maintenance (if they access the site before Friday).

Good morning/afternoon,

The following service(s) will be affected by maintenance on Fri 06/26/20 starting at 6:00 AM (Pacific). Please ensure that you have closed out of any connections you have open to the service(s) at least 10 minutes beforehand to prevent data loss. If you will be in critical need of the service's undisrupted availability during that time and would like to request the maintenance time be moved, please notify us as soon as possible.
