The website is fixed.  Go ahead and register.  If you registered for the July 22 class and can take the July 30 class, please cancel July 22 and register for July 30.  I’m really trying to make sure we fill the class.

That is strange.  The link does take folks to the July 30th offering but the “registration” button is missing.  I have a request into APPEL.  They should get it fixed soon.
