I’ve modified the app on the ESPO share to make it easier to download and install by putting it in a .zip file. If yours isn’t working, please re-download it, double-click it to unzip it, and then try again.

Subject: [All] FastTrack Beta Version

Good afternoon team,

The new FastTrack Beta is here! If you’d like to try out the Beta version, you can do so with the below instructions (screen shots at bottom). All of this info is in FastTrack Schedule<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1e3Xjt7sz0jmvl-hCjEPFLvyqrnk4f2fI-OSfeU0Xtsw/edit> (ESPO Share > How To’s > For your laptop > Software > FastTrack Schedule).

Note that opening a file with this Beta means it can’t be opened with the regular FastTrack Schedule 10. In the FastTrack Schedule (How To's) folder<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1pXC4KwE0tC6YWfrISh-PwtM1wk72NL2e> on the ESPO share there is information on how to print PDFs<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kdqc-n4008sSt6hhDwSSUArPk4YqsFKe/view?usp=sharing> and an email from the developer<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1q4n4J4hXnGsJqx1FfZCRrhBXelwwZnNp/view?usp=sharing> with “Improvements in this build” and “Known issues currently being worked on.”

Installation

  *   Get the FastTrack Beta app from the ESPO Share: FastTrack Schedule 2020 b2066.app<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1fXjJvSwj6iFt1gNemrTf2cha7RfRUNcV?usp=sharing> (Sys Admin > Software > FastTrack Schedule 2020 v11.0.0.2066.Mac<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1f4mXxa8pUB7IsW0eUQQHVOXvgERz47Km>)
  *   Click-and-drag the new FastTrack Beta .app into your Applications folder
  *   Right click the FastTrack Schedule 2020 b2066.app and choose Open
  *   Click Open

Note: The warning about the software being from an unidentified developer would usually be suspicious, but it’s OK to continue because this software is coming from us (your sys admins).

License Activation

  *   In the menu up top, click FastTrack Schedule 2020 > About FastTrack Schedule 2020
  *   Click the Enter License Key… button
  *   Type your name in the “In Use By” column of an available “2020 (v. 11)” license key in this FastTrack Schedule Licensing spreadsheet<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bzOqvfxk_tCBh3g1ko6S-4wlL6OEJ--fTpyhNeVop_I/edit#gid=0> (ESPO Share)
  *   Use that license key to register the Fast Track application and hit OK.
