Hello all,

If you are working on any documentation for the projects mentioned above, please ensure that these files are stored in Google Drive in the corresponding folders -or make some as needed. However, DO NOT save them in a Google Doc/Sheet/Slide etc. format since those files cannot be accessed offline (the Sync featured that allows us to do that using Chrome is not allowed by the Administrator). We can still use the comment, tracking and other features to keep versions updated.

Please take some time to go over the files that you might have created using the Google software, save it to the same folder in the corresponding MS Office format and delete/remove the Google version to avoid confusion.
