[All] NASA Provided WebEx accounts

Bernie, you are correct, the NASA WebEx accounts do require a Launchpad account to log in. My point was (thinking of Susan) that if one of us, people with launchpad accounts, need to have one-offs meetings we could use the NASA accounts instead of trying to find some free time on the ESPO accounts which, we should continue to use for standing, project related, meetings, where is very likely that we need a shared account.

My whole argument is predicated on the fact that the NASA accounts do not cost us extra money.

The NASA Webex account requires badge and belongs to one person. Doesn’t it?

This is why Jim Crawford wants to use our ESPO accounts.

Is there a cost associated with getting a NASA WebEx account? I checked NAMS and did not see any mention of a WBS or something.

If no added cost, I think there is value in getting one for those one-off meetings, instead of trying to search for free times among the existing WebEx accounts.
