Marilyn,

EXPORTS rarely uses Webex, usually only at science meetings, so I can just bum one when I need it.

All,
I think we are all in agreement but my attempt to define R&A caused confusion. Let’s try this version……
Let me know what you think…

ORACLES (DCOTSS)
ATom (S-MODE)
ESPO (espo meetings and currently IMPACTS; after the CAM they should move to their own number; ESPO TWO)
ESPO ONE (R&A; Jhony is the R&A PM so he can choose what to assign to this one; currently CAMP2Ex)
ESPO TWO (IMPACTS)
ESPO THREE (R&A, FIREX for now)

Susan gets one for events via NASA Enterprise Webex for most of her meetings but she might need a number that can be shared during some of her events. In that case she will coordinate with Jhony and I and see if ESPO or ESPO THREE would be the best one to use.

Quincy, I can’t remember what EXPORTS is using. If you can share with ESPO or ESPO THREE, that’s fine but if you and Jhony think it would be better to have EXPORTS, ACCLIP and CPEX2 each have their own number, we can get one more line for just a year.
