All,
Many of you met Alex yesterday and, as of today, she is now officially part of our ESPO team.  She will do field IT work, assist in Sys Admin duties and back up Dan and while in the field, will do any project coordinator duties needed.  She is not new to ARC or the NASA IT security system so I think she’ll come up to speed fast.

Her personal mobile is:  316-992-1879 (she will have a BAERI mobile in a couple weeks and a desk phone when we get the new cubicles)
Alex will sit in the server room until we get the additional cubicles.  If you will be out of town for a week and wouldn’t mind her sitting in your cubicle, it would be nice to get her out of the server room for a bit.
She will be working M/F 7-3, T/TH 830-5 and W 730-330.

Let’s try to get her familiar with what we are doing.  She will be going to Boise for FIREX and Clark for CAMP2Ex so please invite her to meetings so she can listen in.
I’ve informed her of the ESPO team meeting and the weekly Web Dev.

Brad, would you please make sure she is on the ESPO calendar, the Google drive share folder, the espo all email list and has ESPO access (like the mission database).
Tony, would you please add her info to the hours/contacts list on the Google dive.
I’ll ask Irene to add her to the sgall, notify management and add her to my SGG distribution.
Katie, would you please send Alex the onboarding doc so she can look and see if she needs anything else that I’m forgetting.
Brent, please send her your latest laptop/monitor spreadsheet and she and I can go over it next week.
