[All] Archiving information - ESPO PM Guide

Hi all,

I noticed that there were a few places where ESPO was archiving documents like site surveys/trip reports and deployment guides. I have moved all of these types of documents that I have collected for the PM Guide to the ESPO Share folder where they are more visible to all.

As I did this, I noticed some notable gaps in information (e.g., we have no trip reports in this ESPO Share folder from ORACLES or CAMP2EX). In the spirit of archiving potentially useful information for reference or future work, I would would encourage all PMs to take a moment to look at the following two ESPO Share folders and upload any documents missing from these sets…

I will also use this opportunity to again encourage everyone to peruse/edit/contribute to the ESPO PM Guide. I have been updating this document - originally conceived and written by Mike Craig, Marilyn, and Bernie - with my work experience during the ATom project over the past few years . So the new text that I have addended to the original text is very ATom-centric. There is no doubt that having other contributors to this document will greatly enrich this collection of information, as we are all engaged in similar yet very different projects. I also need the contributions of editors, who could fact check or otherwise disagree with the processes/rules that I am trying to describe in this document. I very much welcome either original content or editorial suggestions to existing text.
