[All] Mac and iOS updates

Hello, there is a new crop of Apple (computer and mobile) security related updates. Please apply these at your soonest convenience. These updates are significant in size, more then 1GB of data download and require a reboot, plan on a downtime of about one hour (shorter for iPhone updates). 

Have a *fresh backup* first.

The new updates version should be:

Sierra update to: 10.12.6

High Sierra update to:  10.13.4

iPhone update to 11.3
