[All] Mailing List top priorities

Hi Erin

My top priority is to eliminate confusion that results from seeing one’s name on the espo page (espo.nasa.gov/oracles/mailing_list/ORACLES_Flight_planning)

Note: Kevin Walsh’s name is there.

but not actually being on the mailing list (espo.nasa.gov/lists/admin/oracles-flight-planning).

Kevin Walsh is not on this list and does not receive emails.

Or vice versa – getting the emails when you believe you are not on the mailing list. Lower priority to me, is how they get on/off the mailing list (self subscribe/describe) would be nice I guess, but I can operate the way we do now). I realize this is one way to solve the problem I name above – let them solve it themselves.

Subject: [All] Mailing List top priorities

Hi all,

It would be helpful if you would send me a short email with the top priority change (or 2) you'd like to see for mailing lists. There are lots of pieces, but I'd like to make sure I'm tackling the critical pieces first.

PS thanks to the 3 people who responded to the survey I sent out.

Thanks!
-Erin
