Reminder:
If you are going to get Google suite (to keep Google docs), you must renew before Jan 8.  There are a few steps so I wouldn’t wait until the last minute.
You’ll need a WBS from me and I’ve only heard from a few of you so let me know if you’ve done it and I’ve missed your request.

What’s Happening:

NASA is excited to continue its offering of the Google collaborative solution to Agency users.
If you wish to continue using your subscription to NASA G-Suite applications and features, you need to take action PRIOR to January 8, 2018!

How do I maintain my access?


  *   Go to NAMS - https://idmax.nasa.gov/nams/asset/232727/ and re-submit a new NAMS request for Google (search for GAFW). Indicate you are a “Returning User” under User Type.
  *   You must respond ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 8, 2018.

Is there a cost?

Subscriptions are issued annually and new pricing is in effect. The cost is $212 per year (a lower rate than 2017!), payable in total through December 31, 2018. Funding code information will be collected during the request process through the NASA Account Management System (NAMS). Your supervisor or responsible center personnel should be able to provide you with the funding information.
