Hi all,
I do not need time in the meeting but here is a short update on the website progress:
The first wave of migration (all except publications) is done. There is a live temporary site now (non-searchable), which I have shared with the website task force. We are tasked with compiling the small changes/bugs to this first version. Unfortunately, one roadblock on the Publications page is that MIT IS&T has not replied to enquiries by Jamie to export the publications as a database, so Crystal/NASA is having to do a manual copy and paste. The result is that in this first version of the website, the publications will just be a searchable list, but will not have linked author fields, etc as in the current site. However, aside from this being time-consuming for Crystal, I do not see this is a long-term problem as we are aiming to have a different solution (e.g., Zotero database) for the future.
Anita
