Hi Reem,

Thanks for this excellent effort.  I have just one small correction:  In Item 3b, please change “trap contraction in cold weather” to “0.3 mm trap position change during cooling”.

This refers to cooling the cryocooler and attached traps to about -170C during normal trapping operations.

Hi All,

Attached is a copy of the minutes from today’s meeting. Please add/edit anything I left out or mis-represented. I also think we should set up a shared repository for meeting minutes and reports to the SC (e.g., website report). I’m not sure if Bo has access to Google Drive, but that could be a good option. If not, I could try Box, but am open to other platforms I may not be aware of.

I’ll set up a poll for next month’s meeting, ASAP.
