Hi Reem,
I think we should provide brief updates (10 mins max.) on:
1. AGAGE website migration
2. New format for AGAGE data archival
I also would like to discuss how the committee will address some bigger topics. For example, it seems we have some very important potential issues around network expansion, calibration, software, etc. that we need to think through. We’re not going to have time to consider these issues in short meetings every few months. My proposal is that the committee commission short reports/presentations on particular priority subjects and ask a subset of members (+ other AGAGErs, as needed) to report back. At this first meeting, I’d be keen to hear how others want to address these issues.
Also, did we have a plan to chair these meetings? I previously proposed a revolving chair, and I’m happy to chair the first one, if others agree.
Cheers,
Matt

Hi Reem,
I would like to discuss whether, and if so to what extent, we might engage the people at Markes in the Bristol AGAGE meeting. Markes is the UK company that has been building Medusas with Dickon Young and the Bristol AGAGErs. Might one or two of their people attend parts of the Bristol meeting? Also, their manufacturing facility is in southern Wales, not far from Bristol, and if we had the time at the end of the week should we consider a site visit with them for some of us? Yesterday we had a promising visit here at SIO by their Director of Business Development.
Best,
Ray
