[Agage-sc] Poll for AGAGE SC Monthly Hold

Hi All,

Thanks for your input to the Steering Committee meeting poll. Unfortunately, no time was suitable for everyone, but the time that accommodated most (with reasonable meeting times across time zones) was Wednesday, 7 March 2024 at 21:00 UTC. If my math is right, the times by Location are:

7-Mar 13:00 – San Diego, USA
7-Mar 16:00 – Boston, USA
7-Mar 21:00 – UK
7-Mar 22:00 – Switzerland
8-Mar 05:00 – Shanghai, China
8-Mar 06:00 – Seoul, South Korea
8-Mar 08:00 – Sydney, Australia

If anyone’s time zone is incorrect, please notify me ASAP. Please also let me know if 21:00 UTC presents any major scheduling challenges going forward. I’ll go ahead and send out a teams invite for the meeting hold. We can discuss at forthcoming meetings whether to continue with this time in the future, or if we can rotate to accommodate more time zones.

Make sure to select your current time zone in the drop-down menu on the upper left of the page. You do not need to fill a password to select times. Going forward, I will solicit agenda items the week prior to the meeting hold and cancel if there are none.
