At least 1 person per instrument (not the entire instrument team) needs to be present for the shake flight on June 12th to make sure the instrument is ready to fly.
If everything goes well with the check flight, the first marine science flight will start on June 16th.
SARP flights over Central Valley: June 26th - 28th (1 long and 2 short flights) and 29th as a backup. No science flight on June 30th.
Please send the names of people you want on the check flight to Carsten soon.

* The QNC Flight Clearance list was updated on ESPO website on May 23rd. If you are planning on flying, make sure you are on this list and on track on getting cleared.
* Egress training every Wednesday afternoon after the 1pm stand ups during integration and 10am on the June 12th before the shake flight.

* NASA DC-8 - still working on the window frame corrosion repair, will update next couple of days
* ACES - uploaded, ready to fly
* ACOS - uploaded, ready to fly
* AMP- uploaded, ready to fly
* AOP- uploaded, ready to fly
* BrC-PiLs- uploaded, ready to fly
* CAPS -PIP- uploaded, ready to fly

* WPAFB Access updates:
* CAC, Active/Retired/Reservist military ID - full access
* All other US Citizens must be on EAL
* Unescorted Access request for Foreign Nationals (Green Card holders will be considered as FN) sent to the Base Group Commander for final approval.
* Only DOD-affiliated personnel (they don’t need to be stationed at WPAFB but have DOD CAC or military ID) can escort visitors (US and Foreign)
* Please keep your travel intentions up to date on the ESPO Mission Registration page.
