Dear AEROMMA Team,
The following is the tentative plan during the break in July.
1. For urgent instrument repairs only, you could get aircraft access July 10-12, 7hr access each day. Please check with Becky or Carsten. Time is to be determined. If you will have Foreign Nationals during this time, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate. Please note that ESPO logistics will be packing science equipment to Dayton during this week. So, if you need to use any tools or other equipment during this aircraft access and your tools have been packed, please understand you will not have access to your tools.
2. During the transit flight on July 24, we will add up to three missed approaches on the way (Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Denver) (5hr total flight time to WPAFB). We will have 26 seats. So, every instrument team can have one seat, similar to SARP seating.
3. The pre-flight access for the transit flight is to be determined
4. If you are leaving and WILL NOT be coming back to Palmdale, please turn in your badge to the Visitor Control Center or Brian/Andrian on your last day at Palmdale.
5. Please be aware that there will be proficiency flights during the break and the instruments need to be ready for flights before you leave on June 30th.
Please let Mission Management know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Andrian Liem
