ESPO Elves,
I am making a poster for the open house using PowerPoint and have some questions:
a) should I probably send you a PDF, not PPT?
b) Are there paper size limits for you what you will be able to print for us?
c) Also, what is the deadline for me to email to you?

thanks!

Subject: [Acclip-wb] ACCLIP Open House, Sunday, Aug. 28 1200-1600

All,

We have rescheduled our ACCLIP Open House to Sunday, August 28 from 1200 – 1600 hours. This event is to show our appreciation to our host organization, its personnel, and family members. We can probably expect a good turnout, lots of kids.

There is no specific program in mind, doors will open at 1200, we’ll have tables with some swag and mission info, plus a few stations located around the aircraft showcasing your instruments.

We would like to ask you to volunteer and help us make the event a success, it’ll help pave the way for future science missions at Osan, just as KORUS-AQ paved the way for us

If you could have one or two people from each instrument to do share/demo, it would be great. If you want to make a poster or two for display, please send it to me by COB Wednesday, so that I can have it printed and ready for Sunday.

As of right now, our schedule for that day is the following:

  * NCAR G-V: Maintenance Day: Crew chief/Mission manager will control visitors’ access to G-V (if possible)
  * NASA WB-57: Hard down day. We’ll have one rep from the flight crew. Instrument teams are asked to volunteer for the event, please let me know if you will participate.

Please let men know if you have any questions.

Thanks everyone.
Jhony Z.
