Flight 16-9007 took off at 0942 local and landed at 1514 local (5.5 hours). The pilot Tim Williams commented that out of 11 lines, the 5 westerly lines of the Yosemite Box were 100% clear. The NE corner of the box in the Mono Lake area had clouds. Overall, 70-75% clear. For Soda Straw, the first 4 minutes and last 2 minutes had clouds. Overall, Soda Straw was 80% clear. Today was PRISM’s first flight. PRISM flew mostly piggyback except data was turned on to verify operation. Won’t know PRISM results until after data download.
