IMPACTS Shipping

During IMPACTS instrument teams will be responsible for shipping their equipment to and from their integration site. If instrument teams require any assistance or guidance with paperwork or shipping procedures, please contract ESPO.  Once the instruments and equipment arrive at the integration site ESPO will handle shipments from the integration site to the deployment site.  ESPO will also handle the return shipments from the deployment site back to the de-integration site.

It is recommended to pack any fragile or sensitive equipment in hard shell cases with plenty of cushioning and avoid shipping loose items whenever possible.
