Purpose of Flight:Science
Comments:The second science flight and actual science flight for tracking a weather storm which was Tropical Storm Franklin in the Atlantic Ocean. The number of sondes dropped were 49. All systems operated nominally on the aircraft. There were some command and control issues with the aircraft and satellite connections.
