Mission:
HS3
Mission Summary:

This was an AV-1 flight to Hurricane Ingrid in the Gulf of Mexico.  The on-station time was cut short due to extremely cold atmospheric temperatures in the region.  The instruments were able to get additional data over other precipitation targets on the return to Wallops.
