HYPPOS Flight #3. Research from Wallops transferred back to LaRC when aircraft was returned to LaRC. Flight was successful on a clear sky day, with research primarily performed at 100 KIAS/2000 ft AGL over Wallops Island, level legs in a lawnmower pattern. Two perpendicular passes performed over Building 159 at Wallops at 3000 ft. Initial leg was flown to KOXB to refuel, with legs flown over Assateague Island to and from KOXB. To and from KLFI legs flown over the outer barrier islands as supplemental research data.
