Here is the CPEX-AW Plan of the Day for Wednesday, August 18:
 
Announcements:

  • IMPORTANT: We need everyone (specially the DC-8 crew) to keep your travel dates current on the ESPO database. We use this list to obtain work clearances at the airport. If you are not on the list, you can be potentially removed from the airfield and fined.

The airport will do random checks. Please go to espo.nasa.gov/cpex-aw  > Registration and update your travel dates ASAP  (make sure you are logged in)

  • The Ops Center is open and located in the Tamarind room
  • Health Checks:  Make sure to fill out the COVID Daily Health Check prior to arriving at AFRC or the St. Croix ops center for the day.
  • Communication:  We have two CPEX-AW WhatsApp groups

 
Wednesday, August 18 
 
0830 – 1230 Aircraft access power on
1100 – Weather Debrief at the Ops Center
We will have another project debrief after the weather and flight planning. If you did not attended yesterday’s debrief, please make sure to make this one
1730 – 1830 Hotel welcomes NASA CPEX-AW campaign. Please come to the Flamboyant restaurant area for a welcome hosted by the
 Carambola hotel
