OIB will attempt low-priority mission Foundation Lakes IS-2, the only viable mission, and again returning us to the Filchner-Ronne sector. This follows a careful evaluation of West Weddell that ultimately concluded that it was not viable today. We’re optimistic that larger gaps in the clouds will be available tomorrow. (by Joseph A.
