General reminders:
Please continue packing your cargo so ESPO and Kit can begin building pallets for the end of the deployment. The staging area has been identified in the hangar. Refer to the WhatsApp announcements for photos (blue label for AMC route, pink label for NASA C-130 cargo). Contact ESPO with any logistical questions or concerns.

Fill out the Google Doc with your team’s de-installation plans for the P-3 so we can all plan accordingly.
If you plan to rent a car at Wallops, note that Enterprise at SBY airport closes at 10:30 p.m., and AVIS closes at 10pm

Review Dan’s email titled “ARCSIX 2nd Deployment close out” for additional information about the end of the deployment process.

Only essential cargo approved by ESPO and the C-130 loadmaster, such as toolboxes or items needed for P-3 de-installation, will return during transit. All other items will ship via the military cargo route, which may take a few weeks. Best case scenario, your cargo will arrive at Wallops on the 1st or 2nd week of September. I will update folks on the status of their cargo once it is enroute.
