Flight 16-9027 was the tenth science mission from KTCM with AMPR, CPL, eMAS, HIWRAP and EXRAD. Flight was delayed 2 hours due to delayed arrival of LOX from McChord AFB. Flight took off from KTCM at 1000 local and landed in KTCM at 1406 local (4.1 hours). Stu Broce was the pilot. The mission was to survey another deepening low approaching the coast, warm from, warm sector, and weak cold front. Aircraft performed fine with exception of continuing flakiness of autopilot yaw channel. The Cloud Radar System (CRS) had problems from the outset of the mission. Extended time will be allotted tomorrow for pre-flight troubleshooting.
