The flight took off at 1118 local and landed at 1407 local (2.8 hr duration) to collect data photovoltaic (PV) cell data. Stu Broce was the pilot. This was the first flight of the PV instrument. The sun sight worked well. He reported the spot was way off center while maneuvering the aircraft toward the start point, but once the aircraft was lined up and on the timeline, it never left the center circle (2.5 degree target).
