Thermal operation of the SPEX instrument was much improved for flight 16-9037. Denis flew over normal ground, snow and Mono Lake. Denis commented that there were lots of cirrus clouds. Martijn Smit of SRON commented that cirrus clouds were ok for SPEX at this time. Chuck Sarture said it was not good for AVIRIS-C. The auto-pilot yaw-control never worked. AVIRIS-C and AirMSPI-1 performed as expected – no issues.
