A couple of notes:
BREAKFAST: The breakfast bar will open at their regular time: 0700
FLIGHT LUNCHES: You have several options:
You can make/prepare your own food. A Unimarc grocery store is located across from the hotel (towards the left).
Some restaurants may sell food to go (such as the History Café in the lobby of the hotel), you would have to coordinate directly with them regarding cost, availability, opening hours, etc.
Patricio will be at the Science/weather brief 10/13/2016 to take individual orders. Cost of meals is 8,000 CLP and it usually includes a main course, snack, and a drink. He takes the orders during the brief and delivers the lunch bags to the airport in the morning. Payments (cash) are due tonight if you are interested.
REFLECTIVE VESTS: You MUST wear a reflective vest when on the ramp.
DGAC BADGES: Keep them in your possession at any time you are in the airport, do not lose them, they are considered official documentation and the paperwork you’ll have to do it if you lose yours is not trivial. If you have not received one, we (ESPO) will get you one in the next few days.
PASSPORTS: Remember to bring your passports for all flights.
