On line C-D. Flew altitudes FL250, 270, 290, 310, in very thin, patchy aged cirrus. 2. Flew line from western ground site to 30 miles east at FL310, 330, 350 in cirrus. 3. Flew line J-K at FL350, 350, 350, 330, 310, 290, 270, 250. Cirrus thick at times. New cell developed near K. 4. Spiral up from FL250 to FL350 in cirrus near cell on line J-K. This cirrus was different from the rest sampled earlier on this flight. Instrument Issues: 2DC was not working on the first flight leg from C-D. Otherwise OK.
